As the Cinematographers’ Association of Turkey, we successfully held our lens demonstration event on August 31, 2024, at AKM Yeşilçam Cinema, in collaboration with Leitz Cine and Ateksis. The event featured the introduction of Leitz Cine’s new lens sets and provided comprehensive information about their professional use.
Our association members, Zekeriya Kurtuluş GYD and cinematographer David Procter BSC, presented detailed results of the lens tests they had previously conducted and used. Participants received valuable insights into the technical specifications and performance of the lenses. Subsequently, all attendees had the opportunity to test the lenses on-site.
In addition to our association members, the event was attended by camera assistants, DITs, and camera rental companies. We were greatly pleased to connect with our collaborating team members and companies.
